# Support

Questions, something broken, or something you wish Apparent did: write to **[hello@apparent.fyi](mailto:hello@apparent.fyi)**. Ash, who makes Apparent, reads every message the same day. Bugs come before new features.

You can also use **What should we fix or build?** in Settings in the phone app, or the feedback button on any page of the dashboard.

## The phone app

- **Sign in:** type your email, then the 6-digit code from the email. No password.
- **Look around first:** on the sign-in screen, opens example apps with made-up numbers. No account needed.
- **Notifications:** Settings › Good news on this phone. Sales, best days, new countries, 5-star reviews and new crashes.
- **Widget:** touch and hold the home screen, add the Apparent widget. It shows the last 7 days across your apps.
- **Sign out:** Settings › Sign out. Pushes and the widget stop on that phone.
- **Delete your account:** Settings › Delete account, then type your email. Your apps, their numbers and connected accounts are deleted; backups drop the last copy within 30 days. On the web: Connect › Your account.
