Refunds

Try it first

Every account starts with 14 days free, with no card. You only pay if you pick a plan.

Your first payment

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. Write to hello@apparent.fyi from your account's address, or reply to your receipt.

After that

Renewals aren't refunded. Cancel any time in Manage billing on the Connect page: there are no more charges, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Beyond that, refunds are as Paddle's Buyer Terms provide. If Apparent was broken or down on our side for a real stretch of time, write to us: we refund that part.

EU and UK customers

If you buy as a consumer (for yourself, not for a business), you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without a reason. Paddle handles it under its Buyer Terms: use the link in your receipt, Paddle's customer portal, or write to us. The right can end early if you start using the paid plan within those 14 days after agreeing to that at checkout. Our own 14 days for your first payment above apply either way, consumer or business.

If Apparent closes

You get at least 30 days' notice by email, no more charges, and back the unused part of any period you paid in advance (see the Terms). The same goes if a change takes away something important you pay for and you end your plan because of it.

Who refunds

Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for every order, so the refund comes from Paddle, to the way you paid, with a corrected invoice.
