Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign in and use everything for 14 days. We email you on day 10 and day 13.
What's the founding price?
Half the yearly price, for the first 20 customers. It's yours as long as you stay subscribed.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan to keep going. Without one, we keep your data for 30 days and your apps keep sending events, so nothing is lost if you come back.
What counts as an app?
One app on Apparent: its iPhone and Android versions together.
What if I go over?
We email you at 80%. Nothing is lost up to twice your limit; after that new events pause until next month or you move up.
Is everything in every plan?
Yes. Live activity from your app, every alert, reviews and sales, the phone app and your AI agent. Plans differ only in apps and events.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Manage billing on the Connect page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
