Free trial
Apparent is invite-only for now. New accounts start with a free trial. Before it ends you'll see the price, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Your data stays yours
Everything you connect and everything your apps send belongs to you. Apparent uses it only to show it to you, as described in the Privacy page. You can ask for a copy or have it deleted at any time.
What you agree to
Only connect accounts you're allowed to use, and keep your sign-in email to yourself. If you add the SDK to an app, tell the app's users about it in your privacy policy, and ask for their consent where the law needs it. Don't try to reach other customers' data or overload the service.
Processing your users' data
For the data the SDK sends about your app's users, you decide and Apparent processes it for you. Apparent uses it only to run the service for you, keeps it confidential, keeps it on servers in the EU, uses only the providers named on the Privacy page, helps you answer your users' requests, tells you without delay if it's ever exposed, and deletes it when you leave.
Numbers can be late or off
Stores and other sources report late and sometimes correct themselves, and Apparent can have bugs. The service is given as it is, without promises that it's always available or exact. As far as the law allows, Apparent isn't liable for decisions made from its numbers.
Ending
You can stop using Apparent at any time and ask for your data to be deleted; it's gone, backups included, within 30 days. Apparent can close an account with 30 days' notice, or straight away if it's misused.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, you'll get an email first. German law applies. Questions: hello@apparent.fyi.
