Uninstalls
Uninstalls, which Apple calls deletions, count how many times people removed your app from their device.
Also called Deletions, App deletions.
In plain words
214 people deleted Fern last week, fewer than the 1,180 who downloaded it.

Good to know
Google Play reports uninstalls for every app. Apple reports deletions only for people who agreed to share data with developers, so the number is a sample.
A spike after a release is a warning: something in the update made people give up. A spike after a burst of downloads is normal; some new people always leave.
Uninstalls are only part of churn. Many people stop using an app without deleting it.
