RevenueCat sales, next to everything else

RevenueCat knows every purchase, trial and renewal in your app. Apparent puts that money next to your downloads, reviews and what people do in the app, and says it in plain words: who paid, how soon after installing, what they did first and where they came from.

Free during beta. One email when your spot opens, nothing else.

What Apparent reads from RevenueCat

Sales as they happen
New purchases, trials, trials that turned into payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds and failed payments, sent by RevenueCat within moments.
Money
What you keep from each sale, active subscriptions, trials and monthly recurring revenue.
Who paid
Each buyer linked to the same person in your app, so you see what they did before buying and where they came from.
History
Every customer's past purchases, read once when you connect, so your charts start full.

How it reads on your page

  • Someone in Germany started a Fern Plus subscription, 3 days after downloading the app. They added 6 plants first.
  • 1 in 3 people who tried Fern Plus for free went on to pay.
  • Subscriptions bring in $412.80 a month, up $38 since last month.

Examples from Fern, one of the example apps in the live demo.

Connecting RevenueCat

  1. Add a RevenueCat secret API key for your project, with read access. When your spot opens, we'll walk you through it.
  2. Add Apparent's webhook in RevenueCat, so each sale arrives the moment it happens.
  3. In your app, one line, Apparent.linkRevenueCat(Purchases), ties each buyer to what they did in the app.

How fresh the numbers are

Sales arrive within moments through the webhook. Every few hours Apparent also checks recent customers, so nothing slips through if a webhook is missed.

What RevenueCat still does

RevenueCat runs your purchases and subscriptions and goes deeper on subscription charts, paywalls and price experiments. Apparent doesn't replace it: it shows its money next to your downloads and what people do, for all your apps on one page.

Apparent's page for an example app: a sentence about how it did, the key numbers, and highlights like a first sale in Japan.
